On Saturday 5.11 Miiku, Markku and Oona represented DigiXComic at Oulu comics festival in culture center Valve.
We had a small table near the stairs, which was a good place since there was a lot of traffic going on between spaces. Unfortunately we didn’t get our demo in a viewable condition and due to sickness absences we didn’t get the video so we didn’t exactly have much to show.
However we had the programmed mock-up of the artist tool with us. We decided to walk around the booths in turns and talk to people. We managed to get new contacts and deal out some flyers.
We had interesting discussions about future of the comic and thoughts about digitalisation.
In general people we talked with liked our idea and we got positive response and also got potential testing groups to get in touch with in a later phase of our development!
